New application for Selective Licence

One application is required per property.

Flats - If you are applying for more than one flat within the same building AND you own all the flats within the same building you will need to only apply for one licence, by using the main property address. If you own one or some flats within a building you will need a separate application for each flat that you own.

IMPORTANT: IF you are applying for MULTIPLE FLATS WITHIN A BUILDING and you do not own all the flats within this building you should submit each individual flat's application BUT only pay the application fee of £150 on one flat only then just select the pay later option on the remaining flats. If you can then email landlord.licensing@sefton.gov.uk we will adjust the fee accordingly for the additional flats and only the unit charge of £30 per additional flat will apply
